The venue
Harbourside Function Venue - 4 Taranaki Street, Wellington
Co:Lab 2024 will be held in the iconic Wellington wharf warehouse known formerly as ‘Shed 22’. What used to house wool, wood and flax in one of its working lives, and now a brewery and function space, this New York loft feel venue gives a relaxed vibe to this face-to-face meeting.
It is also a perfect location to access almost anything in Wellington including the waterfront bars and surrounding cafes.
Before you arrive
Registration
Registration desk is up the first floor outside Te Aro Room. We will check you in, provide your lanyard and programme and take bags if needed. The registration desk opens from 8am and we would like you seated by 8.30am.
Arrival tea & coffee
Tea & coffee is available on arrival each day from the Waterfront Room. Grab your preferred seat and we'll direct you to where all catering will take place each day.
Car parking
While we would recommend walking, taxi/uber, e-scooter, roller blades or other similar transport, if you are driving, the nearest parking option is all day parking with Wilson Parking at Te Papa via Cable Street or Waterfront Parking in between Te Papa and Barnett Street.
Wifi and charging points
Wifi will be available at the venue and we'll have a phone charging station towards the back of the room where you can find some of our events staff who will charge it for you.
CPD Certificates
This event is eligible for CPD points. Certificates will be issued following the event to all attendees.
Masks
Masks are not required, however you are welcome to wear a mask and we'll have these available at the registration desk if you you would like to grab one at anytime. If you are not well, please stay home.
Luggage
You can leave your luggage with one of our event staff when you arrive and we'll put it somewhere safe.
