Victoria is a qualified Pre-Analytical Technician and practiced in the community for 5 years before moving into the Phlebotomy Quality & Compliance Coordinator position at Awanui Labs Auckland. Her day to day role includes creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures as well as oversight on staff competencies throughout the region. She aims to inspire confident and competent people through collaborative, engaging learning experiences.
